Stage maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and long-term reliability, the FluidFM Omnium system requires regular servicing. In particular, the X, Y, and Z- stages must be cleaned and lubricated periodically.
We recommend the following maintenance activities:
Rail Lubrication Workflow
This workflow ensures proper distribution of lubricant on the stage rails.
We recommend running the Rail Lubrication Workflow in ARYA once per month.
Rail Cleaning and Oiling
Once per year, we recommend a full cleaning and re-lubrication of the stage rails. This procedure is included as part of the annual maintenance visit within the Service & Stocking Agreement.
Depending on the system’s usage frequency, more frequent maintenance may be required.
