The transportation, installation and maintenance of FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system shall be performed exclusively by skilled personnel.

Avoid carrying of rings, watches, etc. during assembly of the equipment.
Hazards to avoid
Electrical equipment
Avoid electrical shocks! Electrical shocks may cause fatal injuries. Make sure that the main switch of the system is turned off. Avoid any contact with current-carrying wires. Work on electrical installations may be carried out by trained and authorized electricians only!
Heavy construction units
Protect hands! Special attention to heavy and moving parts to prevent serious injuries such as bruises to the hands, fingers and other body parts. Care should be taken in the handling of heavy objects. Wear protective footwear and gloves.
Suspended loads
Do not stand under suspended loads! Suspended loads may result in serious injury or death. Ensure that nobody is entering/remaining in the area under suspended loads.
Very Heavy
Contains loads exceeding 20kg which should be handled by a minimum of two people.

The positioning system is designed for proper use only as described in the contract of sale and related specifications.
Usage limit
The usage limit of the positioning system is determined in the contract of sale Cytosurge AG and specifications.
Misuse
Improper use of the positioning system can lead to hazardous situations.

Dangers due to misuse! Do not use the positioning system outside of area of the initial installation. Cytosurge AG as a manufacturer is not responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by improper use of the FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system. The warranty is void in the case of improper use of the positioning system.

No technical modifications are allowed to the FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system.
Noncompliance
CYTOSURGE AG is not liable for damages and accidents caused by:
- Improper use of the FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system
- Failure to follow the safety requirements, instructions and other information from this instruction manual
- Random disassembling, repairing, any technical modification of the positioning system by the consumer or any unauthorized third party

Warranty terms and conditions are included in the contract of sale of Cytosurge AG. According the warranty claim, Cytosurge AG decides about replacing or return shipment of all defective parts and/or about inspection on site or remote access.

Transportation
Caution!
Make sure the shock indicator is present on the package and does not signal that excessive impulse was encountered
The FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system is a high-precision equipment. FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system may not be transported with payload! The positioning system must not be subjected to impact loads more than 15 g. Violent shakes can damage precisely manufactured parts of the system and/or its function. In order to avoid damage of the equipment, place, fix and transport the units in appropriate protective packaging with appropriate transport gear. Max. 15 g vibration.
Terms of transport
It is only allowed to transport and store the FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system in a special transport box and with mounted transportation locks.

Checking the delivery
The delivery must be checked for completeness and possible transit damage immediately at receipt.
Information
Reclaim each detected defect immediately. Warranty claims may only be negotiated during the notification period according to the contract of sale.

Storage and care guide
The FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system must be kept dry and protected against:
- Dust and dirt
- Aggressive substances (acid, base, organic solvents)
- Vibration
Cleaning
Solvents like ethanol, isopropanol can be used if not sprayed for cleaning the outside and XY frame of the FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system.
Do not clean the cover plate’s surfaces of the FluidFM Bot XYZ positioning system with any acidic or basic solvents because it might destroy the anodized black coating.
Strong organic solvents e.g. Acetone should be avoided.
